Another Reason People Prefer Macs to PCs

I just bought a little USB enclosure for an old hard drive I had lying around. While it was formatting the drive I flipped through the 5 pages of instructions. Why? Just a habit. The image below are the two pages about “installing the software”.

With the exception of the portion in white, it’s all for Windows.

Sure, it’s for Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, but still—this is a USB hard drive. I should just be able to plug it in and go! And perhaps I can under Windows, but I’ll never know.

The mac instructions? Nothing about installing software, just a note that to remove it you simply eject the drive and wait a second or two before unplugging it.
